As per the Education and Training (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2005, the Mauritius Qualifications Authority (MQA) has the statutory responsibility to determine the recognition and equivalence of qualifications other than those obtained in the Primary, Secondary and Post-Secondary educational sectors.
